What\'s the current ebitda multiple for recent completed deals?

Depending on the market, leased sites will sell for between 2.8 and 3.5 multiples of EBITDA and fee properties will sell for between 4.5 and 6.0 multiples.  Since most sales of chains are private, no one, outside of the principals knows precisely what the sale prices are or how the sales prices were arrived at.
